WIPO is a bunch of nitwits basically in a lot of aspects... For example the
domain name system under their jurisdiction would mean that if I regged a
domain which happens to be the trademark of some company on the other side
of pluto they could sue me for using it and force me to hand over the
domainname. Which is all a load of bollocks in my opinion.
