How many time does it take to do a good localised sysinstall, do you think ?

I'm get in touch with a lot of french users who want to switch from *Soft or Linux to a good stable
system. I said FreeBSD but a lot said me Yes, but there is no good install systeme in french ?

I'm very interesst to help to do a good program and help maintain it.

Some time ago I've been in touch with jkh@ who have said that he begin a new framework but I've not seen
anything on this in the new project/plan for the next releases.

I think we have something to do on this....
