I am trying to form a RAID0 Array with FreeBSD 6.0 on an Asus A8V motherboard. It seems as if the kernel is not reading the Array properly as my RAID config tells me that I have 68G in my Array, but ar0 only sees what the capacity of one disk. I have an Intel motherboard that worked flawlessly. I have searched google and bsdforums with no luck. Is there something I am missing or a could this be a bug? # uname -a FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE #0: Wed Nov 2 19:07:38 UTC 2005 root@rat.samsco.home:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64 # dmesg ... ad4: 35304MB <WDC WD360GD-00FNA0 35.06K35> at ata2-master SATA150 ad6: 35304MB <WDC WD360GD-00FLA2 31.08F31> at ata3-master SATA150 ar0: 35304MB <VIA Tech V-RAID RAID0 (stripe 64 KB)> status: READY ar0: disk0 READY using ad4 at ata2-master ar0: disk1 READY using ad6 at ata3-master
