Hi, This is likely caused by changes in vt(4) introduced in FreeBSD-11. Most importantly, the new default is to use kernel mode setting which works only limitedly well with nvidia's drivers. The default vt mode of FreeBSD-10 can be restored by setting hw.vga.textmode=1 in /boot/loader.conf. Yours, Alonso
