Shouldn't it remove only libraries from ports?

If you want to get a clean system and to get rid of 6.x libraries from
base system you may be interested in "make delete-old[-libs|-dirs]" at
/usr/src. More info at /usr/src/UPDATING and /usr/src/Makefile.
