I chose manual allocation in /etc/dhcpdb.pool (BTW, there
seems to be a discrepancy between the dhcps man page and
the port. Some files go into /etc some in /var
while the man page says in BSD os's this is /var/db/dhcbdb.xxx)

/etc/dhcps.pool:

# define a global entry which specifies the stuff every host uses.
global:!snmk=255.255.255.0:tmof=32400:

# define different master entries for each subnet. . .
# `dnsv' is IP address of DNS server.
# `dnsd' is domain name of your domain.
subnet0:tblc=global:rout=192.168.0.1:dht1=500:dht2=850:\
	:brda=192.168.0.255:dnsv=192.168.0.1:dnsd=physik.rwth-aachen.de:

# entries for manual allocation (DHCP, BOOTP)
3001:	:ipad=192.168.0.12:hstn="lebook.kuku.de":tblc=subnet0:clid="1:0x0080c88428ab":
And the .relay file:

192.168.0.1 192.168.0.0

that's all I configured.
