Hmm, mutexes are required to be named.  The "type" argument is optional, but 
the name is not.  So you can't do:

	mtx_init(&m, NULL, NULL, MTX_DEF);


You can, however do:

	mtx_init(&m, "foo", NULL, MTX_DEF);
