Certainly not in OZ while Tel$tra still have a virtual monopoly .....
hopefully things will change shortly now that SingTel have acquired Optus

Unfortunately its not possible to get all the ISOs from local mirrors ....
since lots of people probably need to get them from the one or two sites
that do have the latest one its not surprising that the poor thing is
