See the release notes on 3ware's site for the full details.  The big item 
is support for > 137GB disks. 

Corresponding firmware for the 7xxx controllers is due soon; I hope to be 
ready with this before it hits the streets.  Turns out I need to RMA all 
my 7xxx controllers, which I forgot to do back last November.  Silly me.
