net/coturn: make mysql support optional

Hi,

>From my experience (and usage), I've found that coturn mysql support can be
disabled. Would you consider making it an option (that can be leaved by def=
ault
of course)?

Here's a quick patch to do so, it's only a matter of defining the option and
configure arguments -- no changes to the plist.

Thanks for providing this package, have a nice day.
