databases/rrdtool10 and databases/rrdtool both install the same files,
yet only rrdtool10 has a CONFLICTS registered.  I suggested adding a
CONFLICTS entry for rrdtool.

CONFLICTS=	rrdtool-1.0*

I have CC'ed the maintainer of rrdtool on this.
