>Description:
This is a new port for G-Cows, a scripting language for creation of web sites.

Since I'm on a dial-up connection and my system is non configured to relay mail through a central server, I'm using the web interface to submit this PR.

To avoid formatting lost due to the web interface, I'll send the shar archive by replying to my own PR (A research on the web soggested this method as the best work-around for systems not configured for sending mail).
