ftp://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-Archive/old-releases/i386/

or thereabouts has what looks like a fairly complete collection of
FreeBSD releases.  For older stuff including 386bsd and 4.4BSD-lite
there's the archive at ftp://minnie.tuhs.org/BSD/
