What's the deal with filenames that start with "+" like the ones found inside packages? I can read them with cat or more, but not less. I can edit them with ed but not with vi or joe or ee. mv and cp work fine, and they look ordinary with ls. 'date' shows that it's not the first of the month, nor is it April.
