Out of curiosity, what brand motherboard are you using?  I had a reboot
problem, and after swapping motherboards, I never rebooted again.

I was using a PCChips motherboard/Pentium 200 (with an illegal BIOS), and
replaced it with an ASUS MB/AMD K6-350.
