Bryan,

Please try to do things for yourself and come back to the list with 
specific problems. The people on here help you out of the kindness of 
their hearts, so the least you could do would be do meet them half way. 
Having the right attitude and phrasing questions properly takes you a 
long way to actually getting meaningful help.

So read the FreeBSD Handbook (www.freebsd.org) learn how to install 
ports or packages. Install Apache and PHP, make sure that 
name.dyndns.org points to your machine's IP address and then see if it 
works.

If it doesn't, collect as much information as you can about what's going 
wrong, then come back to the list after trying to problem-solve yourself.

Also, you might want to make sure that your ISP doesn't mind you running 
your own [web]servers on your internet connection. Under many ISPs, it 
is against their terms and conditions.
