You're welcome.  I may repeat the exercise, but will in that case do
it with the following restriction:

The correct syntax for 'Submitted by' is
[Ss]ubmitted by:{ws}Name Of User{ws}<user@domain.com>{no text here}

where {ws} is spaces or tabs.

If you don't know the name of the user, please add 'No Name' or
similar in that spot.

The largest amount of work in this was cleaning up illegally formed
e-mail addresses; especially, PARENTHESES MARK A COMMENT, NOT AN
E-MAIL ADDRESS.  The name of a user is sometimes embedded within
parentheses (that's actually correct for news, but it is imprecise for
mail); please avoid doing this for the "Submitted by:" lines.
