Well, RELENG_4.

Not easily.  Theoretically you could just create a new repository and
check the sources in with tag RELENG_4, but it would be a lot of work.
If you have an old repository copy, such as on a CD-ROM set from
Walnut Creek, you can easily update it with cvsup.
