I can see no "mx" line in your /etc/printcap file. You may wish to=20
have a look at printcap(5), and try to set "mx" to eg 0 (zero).

From printcap(5):

mx         num       1000                   maximum file size (in=20
BUFSIZ
                                                 blocks), zero =3D=20
unlimited
