Hello

How can i setup pppd to authorize users only by pap?
my /etc/ppp/options file is:

refuse-chap
require-pap
auth
modem
ms-dns a.b.c.d
idle 180
nodetach

I always get message:
Aug 16 12:45:31 dialin pppd[25682]: peer authentication required but no
suitable secret(s) found
Aug 16 12:45:31 dialin pppd[25682]: peer authentication required but no
suitable secret(s) found
Aug 16 12:45:31 dialin pppd[25682]: for authenticating any peer to us
(my_host.my_domain)
Aug 16 12:45:31 dialin pppd[25682]: for authenticating any peer to us
(my_host.my_domain)

file /etc/ppp/pap-secrets exlists and is:
user * pass

How can I fix it?
