This uses 100% of CPU time and renders the serial port useless until the process is noticed and killed. This also happens with Lynx, Pine, vi, and other text-based programs (not just pppd). This problem occurs under all versions of FreeBSD that I have tried, including 2.1.0, 2.1.5, 2.1.6, and 2.2-961014-SNAP. >How-To-Repeat: Dial in, start PPP session, hangup line WITHOUT notifying peer PPP process >Fix: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
