Try downloading the package on your win2k box: <URL: ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages- 4-stable/All/blackbox-0.62.1.tgz > then copy that across to your FreeBSD laptop and then use pkg_add from there.
