Both packages will install files to the same place. “libsysinfo-0.0.2” cannot be deleted because it’s needed by “rsyslog-6.6.0”. The so the case is, if “rsyslog-6.6.0” and “vim-lite-7.3.669” installed on the same machine via ports, upgrades to “vim-lite” cannot be compiled. “ports/UPDATING” includes none hint. >How-To-Repeat: To reproduce the bug, install “rsyslog-6.6.0” via ports first.
