	The problem seems to be the way IBM ThinkPad's are configured in
the BIOS with the ThinkPad Configuration Utility or PS2 from a DOS prompt.
It seems like you have to define a IRQ for everything and unlike a
desktop, you can't just let the BIOS assign something freely available so
PCI, USB will all share the same IRQ.
