shar archive with the new port, relative to sysutils/

Hi,
attached is a shar archive to a new port sysutils/trimdisk. It's a small
utility in the lines of Linux blkdiscard, it sends a TRIM command to every
block on the given block device.

For example:

# trimdisk /dev/ada0

portlint says that everything's okay and poudriere testbuilds on 10.4 and 1=
1.2
showed no problems.
