Setting CVSROOT to /usr/src is obviously the wrong thing
as it results in:

cd /tmp/release/usr &&  cvs -R  -d "/usr/src"  co  -P ports
cvs checkout: cannot find module `ports' - ignored
*** Error code 1

Have a src tree at /usr/src and made world here..

Have a ports tree at /usr/ports

Where am I going wrong ..anyone?
