Which revision of the SP3G do you have?  This will be printed on the board
near the PCI/I-486SP3G label.

Also, which revision of the BIOS are you running?  This is the number right
above the memory counter just after a power on reset.

Ohh.. hummm.. other thing that I have seen cause this.. what CPU chip 
are you using?  Intel/AMD DX/DX2/DX4/ODPR 25/50/80/100/120/133?
