Most of the stratum 1 clocks are pretty picky about who they let talk to
them.  Try working this out with the ntp server at your ISP or one of the
public stratum 2 servers listed at http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/

Try 'ntpq -p fedde.littleton.co.us' to see how I have my server setup.
