Hi,
I'm almost done with creating a crash boot floppy with everything on it
(tar, ifconfig, sysinstall, etc.).

I run into one problem:

When using the command:
tar tf host:/dev/tape
I get the error message: rsh: unknown id

So how can I get get rsh to see that I am root when booting with a floppy?
I tried copying a passwd onto the disk, but that didn't help?

Regards, Ulf Schmidt
