Hmm, I obviously haven't been paying enough attention but can someone
explain to me why we have two telnetd's in the tree?

Incidentally, I didn't ifdef my change since I didn't see much point
in keeping 4.4 BSD as the default string since 4.4 is defunct so no-one's
ever going to use it again.
