Especially the FreeBSD version number and the command used to duplicate
the bug. It sounds like a FreeBSD-2.0 bug.

Everything in kern/371 seemed to be fixed before it was submitted, but
I didn't have time to check. I just checked. The panic for chflags()
(which is done for `cp -p') was fixed on 1994/12/27. The panic for
rename() was fixed on 1995/04/11.

That was fixed on 1994/12/27 too.
