Announcing PicoBSD 0.44 availibility for -current.

I have now upgraded FreeBSD 4.x-current to PicoBSD 0.44.
This brings it into line with FreeBSD 3.2 which had
already been updated to version 0.44

PicoBSD is a small, compact build of FreeBSD that can
fit on a single floppy.
