29.4.3 + GCC/libc++ 13 compilation problem workaround

After an upgrade to get clang/libc++ 13, and a couple of hours of
investigation, I'm convinced this is a bug, probably in libc++ rather than =
GCC.
This is going to require more investigations (bugs to open, discussions, et=
c.).

Fortunately, in the meantime, I found a workaround (which, according to GCC=
's
documentation, should not work...) as an additional patch included in the p=
ort
(adding an 'inline' before an explicit template instantiation, for those
interested).

So please test and report. Thanks.
