You may be cheered to know that the Donner Bookshop in Rotterdam has several copies of a huge book at (for Holland) a reasonable price. Yes FreeBSD has been Uunleashed. Curiously it has a publication date of 2002 written in it. Be warned, you will need to rent a dump-truck to carry it home.
