The alsa-plugins package includes a plugin that makes OSS PCM and mixer
devices available as ALSA devices.

Making alsa-lib and alsa-plugins compile on BSD shouldn't be too big a
problem (although I'm not aware of anybody ever trying).

The ALSA library and the OSS plugin are LGPL.
