Update MediaBrowser port to latest upstream 3.0.5424.1 stable.
Also tidy up a few items in the port recommended by josh4trunks.
This includes improving rc script to minimise customisation (maximise use of
rc.subr), moving the storage of the MediaBrowser database files to
/var/db/mediabrowser and adding some more comments for users.
