The following reply was made to PR ports/76580; it has been noted by GNATS. Would it be OK to set USE_GCC for 4.x, then? I'm not sure - I tried to compile it on 5.3-STABLE with USE_GCC=2.95, but it failed with: checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0) (library qt) not found. Please check your installation! Qt was compiled with the system's gcc. I don't know if there would be the same problem on 4.x if you compiled kallery with gcc 3.x while the rest of the system is compiled with gcc 2.95. Stefan
