Yes, if it is a Merit AAA Server...  :-)

Send email to aaa-support@merit.edu and ask your specific
questions about our radcheck(8) testing utility.  I am certain
we can explain its output to you.  The man page is a bit behind
the code, but we are trying to address that.  I am a bit surprised
that the WWW pages are not helpful.  I know for a fact that those
are undergoing some work even as I write this...
