Uh, no.  According to the German translation FAQ (available on the
web at http://www.de.freebsd.org/de/uebersetzung.html), people
should contact Frank Gründer or de-bsd-translators@de.freebsd.org
for this kind of coordination.

Other than that, there is no official co-ordinator.  And even if
there is one, I am not the guy you are looking for...

That part is certainly true.  Christopher has already contacted
me privately and I will re-direct him.
