It's simply because 4.10 was released after 5.2, and the new device ID's
were added to -CURRENT after 5.2 was released, and then MFC'ed to
-STABLE before 4.10.  They will be in 5.3, when that is released.

Most likely yes, but I haven't tried, so I'm not sure.
