Subject:   Configurating mc, midc or midnite commander

For switching within console I am using ALT+1.....n
Within X, probally we have better choice than mc.

I am wondering to make those ALT key works under midc, needing script's
configuration or not? Coz, at this moment none of my ALT, or CTRL keys
work within mc
