In /usr/share/syscons/keymaps/<your keymap>

  092   nscr   nscr   debug  debug  nop    nop    nop    nop     O
  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

If you change the second ``nscr'' to ``pscr'' then Shift-PrScr will switch
to the previous vty.
