i tried to install kde 2.1 by downloading the kde2.1 meta port and it
started to download stuff and compile it and neither my internet
connection nor the computer could keep with it. is there a way to
downlaod the binaries first and then install them? or download all the
source first and then compile it? what is the best solution?
anothere question how to deinstall kde 1.1.2 completly?
