As I mentioned before (in hands written signature) I am member
of FreeBSD Russian Documentation Project (i.e. one of translators). So,
I am much words are based on my expirience :-)

I know. Russian one is my baby :-) Anyway, my commit has no textual changes
so translators don't need to make any actions (except re-formatting possibly).

Yes. This is very important issue, but its related to content changes, like
repharsing and moving chunks of text around. I don't believe that fixing
one letter typo is a real content change to care.
