open-motif-devel is a really ugly port.  It downloads a package, then
extracts it over / then proceeds to go playing in /var/db/pkg,
forgetting about +REQUIRED_BY, etc.

It should be really simple to change the port to use pkg_add, which work
perfertly.  As in:

do-install:
	pkg_add ${DISTFILES}
