Well.. I used unix on Suns first and also used PC's and got sick of
trying to remember where the ctrl was. ( Its really annoying to be
typing along at high speed, not looking at the screen or keyboard,
and hit the caps lock and have to re-type a couple of lines ). So I
got sun Type 4's with the ctrl in the bottom left so that I would not
have to remember any more... then I started using NCD xterms .. and
they have lots of different keyboards.. So .. I wrote that little
xmodmap thingy ( and another one called 'hosed_esc' for the stupid
keyboards with the esc key inplace of the ~ key. )

I also agree on finding the '\' key above the enter.. I do alot of
perl programming and I tend to use that key alot.. it's really
annoying to find it between the ctrl and alt!
