Yes,  use this line in your config file:

device pcm0 at isa? port 0x530 irq 9 drq 0 flags 0x10011

This worked just prior to 4.0-RELEASE, I haven't checked -RELEASE yet
on an AS200.   My miata at home even runs xmms just fine ;-)
