the modem is on sio3 (irq 9 port 0x2e8) and 'controller pnp0' is also
compiled in the kernel...i didnt activate sio2 because there is no such
thing as sio2 on this machine (sio0 is where the mouse is, sio1 is
spare, and sio3 is where the modem is (bios set))
