I have seen a blurb on realtime scheduling with FreeBSD, however there weren't many details on it. I'm looking for things like: 1) Is it similar to an RTOS with preemption, or it is round robin? 2) What is the jitter? 3) how to use that feature. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions? David Godsey
