Where does the patch begin and end? Does it include a and b in apparent path?

Is the first line
diff -git
and the last line just before
--
?

Do I save that to a file, go to $SRCDIR and
patch <path-to-whatever-I called that file> ?

I would also like to see if I can connect by wifi using
Hiro H50191 USB-stick WLAN adapter (RTL8191SU chip) using device rsu.
